American cartoonist and creator of the comic strip B.C. and co-creator of The Wizard of Id. More at Creators.com. August 26, 1920 - April 15, 2007 Brant Parker worked at the Walt Disney Studios on many projects including several 'Donald Duck' shorts. By the late 1940s, Parker a political cartoonist for the Binghamton Press. He met Johnny Hart at an art show, they created 'The Wizard of Id' in 1964. In 1997, Parker handed over the artwork of 'The Wizard' to his son Jeff. Brant Parker passed away from a stroke on April 15, 2007, eight days after the death of his collaborator Johnny Hart.
